This is a stand alone course for birth preparation over 2 consecutive days from an experienced practicing midwife.
Join me in the fabulous venue of White's Hotel Wexford where we will deep dive into all things pregnancy, birth and babies. There are 2 elements to hypnobirthing. 1) Information and 2) relaxation and mind training techniques.
The course is fun, experiential and interactive. Workbook, hypnosis MP3s, Birth Plan Template and cheat sheets included. All you need is comfortable clothing, an open mind and a yoga mat if you have one. I promise you will leave feeling prepared, deeply rested and excited about your birth. As I am a midwife many insurance providers may fully or partially refund the cost.
